Week of November 13 - MUSIC

6th, 7th and 8th Grades - Jazz Epitaphs
Combining the memorial month of November with a continued study of jazz musicians, each student chose a Jazz Artist's name in class today.

Students are to:
Write a 4 line epitaph for their chosen jazz musician.  Research the person to find out interesting details to include. The epitaph can be funny or serious -- your choice.

Design a complete tombstone for this person including their name, their birth and death years and your epitaph poem.  Use the blank tombstone paper provided to you.
